Besides these advice please take this into account:

• To bring spare socks.
• Don´t forget your food and drinks.
• To check the weather forecast and choose the appropriate clothing.
• The terrain could be muddy so be aware of the shoes you bring to the field trip.
• To bring some snacks or energy-boosting foods to face the steeper part of the hills.
